JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
REPORTS TO: Customer Service Supervisor
POSITION TYPE: Hourly (non-exempt) Expected to work a minimum of 40 hours a week. The expectation of this position is to be present during business hours 8am-5pm.
POSITION PURPOSE: A CSR is responsible for a combination of customer service and administrative related tasks. Handles customer concerns specifically related to their experience with the products. Possesses the ability to communicate to customers effectively. Should have a pleasant and positive attitude when dealing with customers/ employees. The CSR will assist upper management with projects and research when necessary.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
GED/High school diploma with at least one year working in a customer service environment.
