Biomed Diagnostics has been the Gold Standard bearer of In Vitro Diagnostic Kits for twenty years. During this time, Biomed Diagnostics pioneered the InPouch™ and InTray™ product lines, providing unparalleled accuracy, efficiency and simplicity of testing. Also during this time, Biomed Diagnostics has provided world class customer services and growing through a national and international network of satisfied customers.

During this same time period, Biomed Diagnostics has held the line on pricing to our customers. Unfortunately, Biomed Diagnostics can no longer absorb the increases in costs of materials from our suppliers, averaging three 3 to 5 percent per year for the last several years.

We are using this communication to advise you that effective March 1, 2010, there will be a modest price increase across our product lines. New prices may be found by clicking here.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause you and your customers, but hope that you understand that in the current economy and with our history of holding the line, the increases are necessary for Biomed Diagnostics to continue to be a viable supplier of In Vitro Diagnostics and Microbiology Test Kits.

BioMed Diagnostics manufactures and markets Gold Standard, in vitro diagnostic products for the detection of infectious diseases and fungi in the human clinical, veterinary and industrial markets.

BioMed manufactures diagnostic products that are sensitive, selective, and offer an extended shelf life; most are stable at room temperature. Our products are easy to use, inoculate, incubate, transport, and read without exposure to the biological specimen. The InPouchTM and InTrayTM product lines are cost effective and efficient alternatives to conventional culture methods and wet-mount procedures; our tests do not require expensive laboratory equipment or advanced technical training. BioMed product design is well adapted for use in medical and veterinary laboratories, field use and resource-poor environments. Specific products are used as contact plates for environmental testing.

We are an ISO 13485:2003 Certified Medical Device Manufacturer. BioMed is FDA registered, operating in complete compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations (21 CFR Part 866.2360) and EU Regulations, under which it is authorized to use the CE Mark. Copies of the Certificate to Foreign Governments are available upon request.
