Diagnostics, Inc. manufactures and markets Gold Standard, in vitro
diagnostic products for the detection of infectious diseases and fungi
in the human clinical, veterinary and industrial markets. BioMed is FDA
registered, operating in complete compliance with Good Manufacturing
Practices Regulations (21 CFR Part 866.2360) and EU Regulations, under
which it is authorized to use the CE Mark. Copies of the Certificate
to Foreign Governments are available upon request.
BioMed manufactures diagnostic products that are sensitive, selective,
and have a long extended shelf life, and most are stable at room
temperature. Our products are easy to use, inoculate, incubate,
transport, and read without exposure to the biological specimen. The InPouchTM, InTrayTM
and PetriSealTM products are cost
effective, efficient alternatives to conventional culture methods and
wet-mount procedures, and do not require expensive laboratory equipment
or advanced technical training. BioMed product design is well adapted
for use in medical and veterinary laboratories, field use and
resource-poor environments. Specific products are used as contact plates
for environmental testing.
