BioMed Diagnostics' InTrayTM ColorexTM Screen provides the simultaneous detection and presumptive identification of selected pathogenic species.

InTrayTM ColorexTM Screen can be used in the detection of selected pathogenic species frequently detected in urinary tract infections, food sanitation and veterinary applications, including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria from clinical specimens.

BioMed's InTrayTM ColorexTM Screen medium

  • Pull back the label, remove and discard seal, inoculate, reseal label, incubate at 37C; then read the results directly in the tray.
  • Provides the unique characteristics of a chromogenic differential culture medium.
  • 18-24 hour incubation.
  • Minimizes handler exposure.
  • The structure of the growing organism may be observed through the clear anti-fog window.
  • Reduces turnaround time.

A presumptive positive identification is indicated when one of the following colors of colonies is observed:
